Lemony Kombucha Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 Orange, juiced
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 7 tsp Kombucha
  • 2 tsp Mustard of your choice (we used Dijon)
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • Orange zest
  • Lemon zest
  • Lime zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine kombucha, juice and mustard by hand or with a blender.
  2. Stir in both oils slowly until combined.
  3. Add in zests and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Drizzle over salad and enjoy!
