INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1/2 Orange, juiced
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 7 tsp Kombucha
- 2 tsp Mustard of your choice (we used Dijon)
- 1/2 cup Sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- Orange zest
- Lemon zest
- Lime zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine kombucha, juice and mustard by hand or with a blender.
- Stir in both oils slowly until combined.
- Add in zests and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle over salad and enjoy!
