Dutch Chocolate Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 tsp Iron Boost (or 3 Sipology Booster Spoons)
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (or milk substitute such as almond or oat milk)
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar, if desired

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a small bowl, making sure the oats are well-incorporated.
  2. Transfer to a small jar or container with a lid and store in the fridge for 12-24 hours. Enjoy!
  3. Tip: Your overnight oats can keep in the fridge for about 3 days, but are best enjoyed after 12 hours.
