Instructions: For best results, make kombucha immediately. Place package contents into a 2L mixture (minimum) of brewed Kombucha tea and sugar at room temperature. See Sipology's Kombucha Guide or www.sipology.com/discover-kombucha for more details. SCOBY can be refrigerated in package for later use but this puts it into a hibernating state and it will have temporary reduced efficacy.
Microbiologically safe.
Tested for: Listeria sp., Salmonella, Yeast and Mold.

I have tried kombucha before, but I was never successful until I got my whole kit from Sipology! I did leave my scoby in a jar for a few weeks before I started, so it already started to grow more so it was nice and strong and used to its new environment before I got brewing. I've been using the same one since 2021!
This tea not only works (helps relax and sleep), it is so beautiful! The flowers are so big and they smell so good.This is one of my fave teas!
