Ingredients: Apple pieces, Hazelnut leaves, Pumpkin pieces, Ginkgo leaves, Nettle leaves, Lemongrass, St. John's wort, Natural flavours.



How to steep:
1. Scoop loose leaf tea into an infuser of your choice.
2. Place infuser in your cup or pot and pour boiled water over tea.
3. Steep for 4-5 minutes for best flavour.

For iced tea, pour steeped tea over ice. Let chill. Place in refrigerator.

I can't spend $250 on herbal tea.

I was going to buy this item in a smaller amount for $16. Now it appears that this is not an option! Everything that I experienced at my friend's party was delicious but the expense is an issue.

AMAZING! It actually works!

I have adult ADHD and Fibromyalgia. So I have a hard time at night turning my brain off or relaxing at all. This tea has been amazing for me! I drink 1-2 cups every night before bed. I also sometimes drink it during the day if I'm really overwhelmed or having a bad day in general. It actually helps me rest, relax, and I'm sleeping better than I ever had in the past. I've been on medication that hasn't even come close to helping like this tea has.. Thank you for making this tea, I'm so grateful!

Perfect to Blend

Love mixing this with basically any other tea to get the stress relief but also a bump of flavor from the other tea :) I love mixing it with fruit, black, white, and rooibos teas. Any teas really, but those are my favs :)

This is a tea that is in almost every order I place. I'm not sure what healing powers it actually possesses but they work for me. I feel quieted and relaxed soon after a cup and try to have it most days. I recommend it to all my friends!! Light and comforting. Take a sip and unwind!!
