I tried to get started before with classes and other guides but nothing worked well. This guide is the BEST! It works so well and makes it so easy to brew your own. This is the best way to get started!!!
However, note that the guide says to use organic cane sugar but you really shouldn't unless you are experienced. Cane sugar has impurities (especially organic) like minuscule parts of plants and bugs. This can cause your kombucha to grow mold, so start with white sugar. It also helps to let your scoby sit for a few weeks in a jar before you get brewing so it can grow stronger and get used to its new environment.
I have like 3 kits and the rotate all the time. I drink everyday with my gut balance and the flavour is so amazing. I love to make it !! Would love to teach how to make it to pass on how easy it is!
