- Each tea triangle (2.0 g) contains: Ginseng root (Panax ginseng, root) 700 mg, Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera, root) 200 mg, Holy basil leaf (Ocimum tenuiflorum L., leaf) 200 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
- Hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa, flower), Citrus sinensis peel, Ginger root (Zingiber officinale, root).
Medicinal Ingredients

Directions of use: Steep 1 tea bag in 1 cup (240 ml) of freshly boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
Recommended dose: Adults - 1 tea bag, 1-3 times per day.
Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Recommended route of administration: Oral.
