Directions of use: Steep 1 tea bag in 1 cup (240 ml) of freshly boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
Recommended dose: Adults - 1 tea bag, 2 times per day.
Duration of use: For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.
Recommended route of administration: Oral.
