INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Frozen or fresh peaches, chopped
- 1 cup Frozen or fresh mango, chopped
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2/3 cup Orange juice (if using frozen fruit)
- 2 cups of Your favorite chia pudding, plain (Make ahead)
- 1 tsp Sipology’s Sweet Peach Matcha
- Blueberries and almond slivers
DIRECTIONS
- For the peach puree: Blend fresh/frozen fruit, lime juice, and orange juice in a blender
- Add matcha to pudding and mix well
- Add 1/4 cup of peach puree to the bottom of serving glasses
- Continue layering with chia pudding as desired, alternating layers
- Top with blueberries and nuts. Enjoy!
