INGREDIENTS
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ⅓ cup Sipology Hot Chocolate mix
- ⅓ cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Dippers for serving: strawberries, raspberries pretzels, graham crackers, etc.
DIRECTIONS
- Add all the ingredients besides the chocolate chips to a food processor or blender and process until smooth, adding more milk by the spoonful if necessary. Stir in mini chocolate chips and sprinkle more on top once finished.
- Serve in a bowl on a platter with your favorite dippers! Hummus will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
